Pay update

Here is the MOJ offer in full:

‘This offer consists of contractual progression equivalent to one pay point for eligible staff.  Our pay offer for 2014/15 is consistent with Government pay policy, which removes scope for employers to negotiate pay settlements beyond a 1% pay remit envelope and restricts awards to contractual pay progression only, where these apply.’
