Grade II, part time, 12 years service, why?

• UNISON members in local government, the health service  and the police service took action over their pay last year and got improvements in their pay as a result
• Probation staff deserve a real pay rise for 2014
• Most probation staff had no pay rise in 2010, 2011 and 2012; so no pay rise in 2014 will be the fourth year of pay freeze in the last five years!
