Sodexo Agrees to Pause Redundancy Programme

Following the joint unions’ meeting with Sodexo on Monday this week, when we asked the company to halt its redundancy consultations in its 6 CRCs, Sodexo has agreed to ‘pause’ the process. This is to enable us to discuss the impact of the major job cuts with the company and get the company to confirm that, if redundancies are eventually are declared, that it will abide by the NNC enhanced voluntary redundancy scheme terms.
