NOMS confirms EVR applies to Sodexo Redundancies

Please see attached a letter to the probation unions from Michael Spurr at NOMS confirming that the terms of the NNC Enhanced Voluntary Redundancy (EVR) scheme apply to any redundancies declared by Sodexo for the lifetime of their contracts to run their CRCs. See in particular the last paragraph of Michael’s letter.
