National Agreement on Staff Transfer and Protections
UNISON probation members voted overwhelmingly in favour of the National Agreement on Staff Transfer and Protections. UNISON will therefore not be proceeding with the planned industrial action ballot. The National Agreement on Staff Transfer and Protections was formally ratified at the NNC/SCCOG meeting today in respect of both negotiating bodies. The Agreement and supporting appendices are attached. A briefing on the National Agreement on Staff Transfer and Protections will be issued here later this week.
