Cafcass Transfer to the Ministry of Justice

Cafcass management and the Ministry of Justice have announced that Cafcass would be transferring to the MoJ from 1st April 2014.  This briefing sets out the initial reaction from Napo and your representatives in the Family Court Section and affords advice regarding any issues that may arise out of the transfer.
