The next steps

The Officer Group will now be urgently considering the outcome of the ballot and the debates taking place at the Napo AGM in Llandudno. Napo will notify the TUC and our sister unions of the result and continue its discussions with Unison and those other public sector Trade Unions who are also engaged in trade disputes. As you would expect, we will also be seeking dialogue with Ministers and the MoJ in an attempt to reach a solution that would prevent us having to commence industrial action.
