92% of Napo members prepared to take action over Probation privatisation

To match the 99% of Unison members willing to strike to protect the public from GraylinG4s madness an indicative ballot by Napo, of members in the Probation Service, has resulted in a resounding 92% vote in favour of action if the government continues to push ahead with its sweeping plans to privatise the service. The overwhelming majority of those members who responded said they would be prepared to take industrial action, including strike action, to protect their jobs, pay and conditions and pensions and the communities they serve, from the impact of the government’s Transforming Rehabilitation plans.
