Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic Members’ Survey Probation & CAFCASS

Dear  Colleagues

UNISON is collaborating with Napo, ABPO (Association of Black Probation Officers) and RISE (Racial Inclusion & Striving for Equality. Staff Network for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic matters across HMPPS, CRC’s and Contracted Prisons in Eng & Wales) to survey Black members in the NPS, CRCs, CAFCASS and associated private, or voluntary sector providers to these employers.

Napo, UNISON, ABPO and RISE want to find out more about the workplace experience of our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic members who work in the National Probation Service, a Community Rehabilitation Company, The Probation Board for Northern Ireland, in CAFCASS, or in a private or voluntary sector body providing services to one of these employers.

All members who identify as Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic who work for any of these employers, or for private or voluntary sector organisations providing services to any of these employers, are invited to complete the following on-line questionnaire: https://www.surveygizmo.eu/s3/90089559/PROBATION-CAFCASS-BAME-MEMBERS-SURVEY

This questionnaire is completely confidential, and we will not seek to identify you a result of your answers.

Please help to keep your answers confidential by not referring to the name of your employer, place names, or the names of individuals.

The questionnaire should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

Please complete this questionnaire by no later than Friday 19 October 2018
