Care Uk strike another 3 weeks = 70 strike days

Care UK strikers have announced that they will strike for another 3 weeks from Monday 25 August.

This would bring it to seventy days of strikes since the beginning of March.

Since their last strike the profile of the dispute has been raised by fantastic coverage in The Observer last week. This included a front page article and photo, a double page spread, a comment piece by Will Hutton which called for support for the dispute, and an editorial piece.
